友尚会（以下、「当会」といいます。）は、お客様の個人情報の重要性を深く認識し、適切な取り扱
いと保護に努めます。当会は、個人情報の保護に関する法律（日本国法）および適用される関連
法令を遵守するとともに、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定め、これを遵守します。

り扱いを外部（海外を含む）に委託する場合があります（決済代行会社、システム提供会社等）。
この場合、適切な委託先を選定し、契約等により必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
4. 第三者への開示・提供
当会は、以下の場合を除き、お客様の同意なく個人情報を第三者に開示または提供しません。

2. 公的機関から適法な手続きに基づき開示要請があった場合

当会は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間、または法令上保存が必要な期間、個人情報を保管し、
その後は適切な方法で削除または匿名化します。
